# R1.c — A missing executor is reported once per node

## The rule

> **Normative.** This is the rule.
>
> 1. A node whose executor is missing yields exactly one R1 error, however many ports the node exposes.
>
> 2. The defect is a property of the node, and is never re-reported per port.
