# CFG-14 — Every declared parameter is present, null when unresolved

## The rule

> **Normative.** This is the rule.
>
> 1. Every parameter the processor's schema declares is present in the resolved parameter set.
>
> 2. One that resolves to no value is present with the value null; it is never absent.
