# Trademark
**FlowDrop™** is a trademark of Kakanat Shibin Devadas ("Shibin Das").

The mark is a **registered trademark in the European Union**, and a trademark
application is **pending in the United States**.

## Usage

The name "FlowDrop" and the FlowDrop logo identify the official project and its
documentation. You are welcome to:

- Refer to FlowDrop by name when describing, reviewing, or linking to the
  project.
- State that your software integrates with or is built on `@flowdrop/flowdrop`.

Please do **not**:

- Use the FlowDrop name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation,
  or official status without permission.
- Use the name or a confusingly similar mark for a competing product.
- Modify the FlowDrop logo or use it as your own product or company mark.

The `@flowdrop/flowdrop` software is released under the MIT license. The MIT
license covers the **source code only** — it does not grant any rights to use
the FlowDrop name or logo as a trademark.
